Insanity/Sight engine feeding a healer's mind damage and a Sight carry
Nezglekt is the Insanity/Sight engine; Tulah actually heals off the Insane the two of them stack and chips in Deja Vu mind damage, so her healing stops being wasted; Sylvie's Sight-scaling attacks are the main damage; Magnus tanks. A way to make Tulah's kit pull its weight instead of running her as a pure healer.
