At the Forge, either keep the ingots or craft: obsidian rings (group 5 or lower), an obsidian rod (group 6+), the artifact "Osmium Feet" (group 3 or lower) or "The Anvil" (group 7+). Or go to the Void's Sacred Forge and exchange for Orby, the Obsidian Dagger or a Platinum Ring. Or use them at the Bell in the Void to corrupt cards for free.
