Accept the sailor's quest, then journey north to The Fisherman's Hut and defeat Rhodogor to get Rime of the Ancient Mariner II. Then go to Faeborg Forest → 'The Northern Harbor' for 400g, 160 XP and an Item Draft that includes the Albatross Pendant.
