Zek and Grukli are the heavy hitters (Zek's Infestation snowballs, Grukli via Fury/Blood Alchemy); Velarion heals through Vitality (take the trait so Vitality doesn't decay) and turns Zek's leftover Dark into Burn so damage doesn't fizzle late; Nevermoor tanks.
