You arrive at the outlet of the city sewer, which is closed by a barred gate. Here you find a ratman who seems to be desperately searching for something. As you approach, you hear him say: "Without the key, there's no point in going in! Now that I'm sure everyone is frozen, I thought this was my chance to get back what was taken from me when I was exiled. But where did I leave it? I have to find the key, no matter what." He ignores you and continues looking for the key.
